As you all know of the famous 'Briar 899', lets first talk about the mare. 'Delta Donny Cherry' is by 'Donnerfalk' (imp Oldenburg) whose grand sire is no less then the famous 'Donnerhall'. Her dam side is thoroughbred, Chanel. This mare has taken the sire's and grand-sire's genes and this big lass is your traditional 'Oldenburg Mare' with great movement and temperament, who loves her food.
Bertie is a great example of a modern dressage stallion. Three expressive paces that really cover the ground and offer the rider an amazing feel, a glorious canter with huge suspension and jump.
Bertie was campaigned by Tor Van Den Berge and won Qld Prelim Champion and placed 3rd in the 5 year old class at DWTS and received a great report from guest rider Ton de Ridder and Dr Ulf Mőller in the young dressage horse clinic.
For the last 6 months he had been in Training with Jose Méndez who has produced outstanding results with all his gaits and most of all his temperament.
Bertie is aimed towards a serious future in the Grand prix arena and shows all the attributes, Movement, Temperament, Type and Breeding, one of only 2 Briar 899 Stallions in Australia he is the stallion for your next dressage star.
